Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that is displayed within each individual product description page. White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable under any circumstance.  If you have a change of heart, or are unhappy with your purchase please notify Suite NY within 3 days of receiving your order so we can process a return authorization.  Your authorized return must be received within 30 days.  We do not accept returns of custom orders, special order items, or items that have been shipped from a third party vendor.  Please check the product page if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.  Suite is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the item is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
